   This Manual is the result of cooperation between scholars and translators from Ukraine and the EU in the framework of the EU-fundedproject Association4U. lt is addressed primarily to Ukrainian students and translators. The Manual is intended to be a practical tool for translating EU texts into Ukrainian. lt consists of two parts. Part A focuses on EU law, language, and terminology. Part В addresses the Ukrainian language and translation into Ukrainian. lt includes background, theory, and practice that will help in sohring future translation and terminology problems. The chapters are supplemented with detailed appendices and an Аппех that offers textual models to be used.
